All interactive programming measurements are performed via the distinctive front panel or GPIB. Using several storage methods, adjust and store operating parameters, including the 370A's
non-volatile memory, built-in MS-DOS compatible floppy disk, or to an external controller.
Test fixtures
Test fixtures are standard accessories that provide safety protection for the device under test to ensure the safety of measurement personnel. Test fixtures accommodate the standard A1001, with intermediate Kelvin
sensing A1005 adapter, non-Kelvin sensing 3-pin adapter, and A1023, A1024 surface mount adapters.
370A Programmable Curve Tracer
The 370A is a world-renowned high-resolution curve tracer applicable to many scenarios. The 370A can perform DC parameter characteristic testing of transistors, thyristors, diodes, silicon-controlled rectifiers, field-effect
transistors, optoelectronic components, solar cells, solid-state displays, and other semiconductor devices.
In R&D laboratories, the 370A is used for specific testing tasks such as new device characterization, SPICE parameter extraction, failure analysis, and generating data reports.

In the manufacturing process, the 370A is used for device quality inspection and process monitoring.
